I’ve recently discovered this podcast which covers current events and politics and ends each deferment with a reminder for how we can stay focused on Christ. My favorite thing about it is that ,so far, I have not been able to determine a political slant – not conservative or liberal – just facts and a scripture.
It’s also short, less than five minutes of news and I can feel updated without being inundated with anxiety or grief. They also have an email subscription instead, if your inbox isn’t full like mine.
